I recommend this service to everyone . In the years I’ve had it customer service is top notch. Usually I get service the same day or early the next day.

Very good service thank you

It started off rocky, since we were put on hold and then disconnected, but once we called back, we only waited for a short few minutes before being connected to an agent. We explained our issue (1 of 2 ac's went down) and she said she would be a request in to their repair person, but since it was friday evening, we might not hear anything until Monday. We were fine with that. We got a text/email updates later that night saying the repair company was trying to reach us, so early Saturday morning we called them, and set up an appointment for Sunday. The repair company came out, fixed out issue and called HomeServe for payment info. The cost was $315 for a sunday repair, and we paid $0...so far. That I can handle. (Oh, and we have only been HomeServe members for 2 months now...so it has already paid for itself.).So far so good!

Mr. Curtis Peeples of Peeples Plumbing in Walterboro was excellent. Your service in getting me help was terrible. I am thinking of cancelling all my insurance products with your company. McAfee or whatever the name is kept cancelling on me and was most unresponsive. I am not happy. I only gave you five stars because Curtis Peeples was so nice and professional and PROMPT!

Sent out wrong plumber when I specifically said needed to be a plumber that handles sewer ejector pumps. Waste of day off

They got someone there the next day, they worked until the waste line was draining again.
