I rated your company VERY POOR.I had an emergency. My valve on the water main inside my house was leaking on my floor. HOMEServe was called. One plumber who called said that he only did outside work. Told us he didn’t know why HomeServe called him. Another plumber who came, tightened a screw and started to leak again 2 hours later. HomeServe called a third plumber, SASSO. After not calling for 2 days, my son called him and he started to scream at my son that he couldn’t come until the weekend because he had 30 other jobs that he had to do first.This nightmare lasted 3 days.. We called a local plumber. He replaced the valve to the water main. Yes, I had to pay for quality work.
