After your plumber was at my house and completed the inspection, I asked for a report detailing the outcome. NONE WAS RECEIVED. Every time I repeated the request, a email confirmed the plumber was at my house. But NOTJING that I need to start repairs! Are you a scam??

Your employee (i.e., Vijay) came yesterday to investigate problem with external a/c unit. Unfortunately, until his visit yesterday, unit did not show actual problem sao previous visits were superficial. Yesterday unit was "behaving" as I had described and he diagnosed fan motor as the "culprit." He ordered replacement and returned this afternoon to instal motor. Unit is "running as good as new!" (for a 22yr old unit!) He did an excellent job! Very Professional!EdS
