The sewer pipe has the same issue for the last three years, for you to said I can continue use and not taking in consideration that my basement has been flooded several times. Just show me that I made the wrong decision to pay for a service that just care to get pay but not willing to fix the issues

I called late on a Saturday afternoon to have a blockage taken care of; the assigned plumber offered to come that evening (which I could not do) but we arranged for a Sunday afternoon between noon and 4. They showed up at 2pm and fixed the problem. Very professional, clean and courteous.
