We had a very good experience with Home Serve. We were able to communicate our problem with the agent who answered the phone, while we were standing in the water, and within a reasonable amount of time Home Serve contacted the appropriate agency to help us.

Two gentlemen, very nice, friendly, and professional. Pre. One problem was that they couldn’t seem to locate the clean out valve - RED 🚩FLAG - underneath the bathroom window no one else has ever had a problem so I don’t know what that’s about. Because they couldn’t go through the clean out valve they took off the toilet and went through the base of the toilet to clean out the clean out valve which is still having a problem but in addition to not flushing again, the toilet base is leaking profusely I supposed to come today at 1 o’clock To fix it after that time I might have more to say,
