I had a clogged drain, I called and was able to get an appointment right away. The drain specialist was very knowledgeable and considerate. He cleaned up his mess before leaving. My drain is clear. I am very pleased!

It was great. I called at 10pm and Sasso Plumbing was out the next morning. They fixed it temporalty, I had a broken pipe outside the house. Sasso come back the next day and replaced the pipe. They did an excellent job, they had to dig a large hole to fix it and after it was done it looked like it did before they dug. HomeServe did a great job and so did Sasso. We were very well pleased with it all. Thanks for a great job.

Our initial request was delayed for almost a week., then the company that was assigned didn’t call or show up. Don’t ever want that referral again. The last company did show up timely and complete the job well.

Home Serve process was great but you need to vet your contractors better. I have recently heard from a very reliable person in the building inspection field that Glenn Foltz has the worst quality and scammer reputation in the area. Won’t accept him again.

The plumber was here for a slow drain 8n my kitchen sink. Last night doing dishes, it was still slow. I plunged it. I later went downstairs in my basement to put laundry in the dryer. There was dish water all over my basement floor. The cap wasn't put back on the drain pipe. No offense but Maye's plumbing does the bare minimum to get paid by HomeServe. Now I have to have my husband tighten the cap and finish the job the plumber was supposed to do
