The first contractor never called. I called you back you got another contractor John Sewer who came within 1 hour of you calling them. That was great. It took him about fifteen minutes to do the job. He knew what he was doing great job.

The workmen arrived promptly and unclogged the sewer drain beneath the toilet by running an auger, the pulling the toilet and running a longer auger. We appreciate their work; but were disappointed that they did not clean the area very well. I had to clean and remove fecal matter from the walls, baseboard and cabinets and had to clean the tile floor in the bathroom and wood floor in the entrance foyer.

HomeServe was fabulous - responded to my call immediately; when the 1st appointed contractor was a problem (couldn't get a call back for emergency situation, and discovered that online reviews and BBB showed negative and unresolved problems) HomeServe immediately (within an hr!) contacted another contractor who was quick and amazing and resolved my problem the next morning -and HomeServe called me back to be sure everything was proceeding rapidly with the new contractor. AND HomeServe covered the maximum cost, with minimal out of the pocket for me. Straight forward, no haggling, no changes. So pleased - and so glad they're protecting my home, water and gas lines and appliances. Can recommend them 100%.

On July 9th R. Travis was Dispatched to my home the Plummer that showed up did NOT do ANYTHING to check why I had the SEWAGE smellinder my house. But he did give DIAGNOSIS to me and Homeserve that the smell was coming from the INSIDE of my house. And before he left he told me and I spoke to HomServ on the phone was told since the R B Travis plumber had reported that the smell came in from inside that NOTHING could be done until my my COVERAGE for the inside kicked in . So he left. AND 2 WEEKS LATER I CALL BACK THE SMELL IS WORSE AND THE NEW R BTRAVUS PUMMER DOES DO HIS JOB BETTER GOES BEYOND WHAT THE OTHE PLUMBER DID AND GOES UNDERNEATH MY HIUSE THREW THE CRAWL SPACE AND TELLS ME THAT I HAD A CRACKED SEEAGE PIPE AND I HAD HIGE 10X10 SPILL THAT WAS UNDERNEATH MY HOUSE THATS WHY I HAD SMELL. AND THE WORSE PART IS THAT NOW I HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE OUTBOF POCKET TO CLEAN IT UP WHEN MAYBE JUST MAYBE THECRACKED PIPE AND SWEAGE SPILL WOULD HAVE BEEN LESS IF THE LAST R B TRAVIS PLUMMER WHOUKDBHAVE DONE HIS JOB CORRECTLY AND NOT DIAGNOSED IT BY JUSTVLOOKING AT IT. I FEEL THAT HOMERSVE SHOULD HELP ME TO SPEAK TO RB TRAVIS AND HAVE THEM PAY FOR THE CLEAN UP.
