Working through HomeServe, my exterior waterline break was repair the same day that I reported it. The plumbing contractor they provided was fast and efficient.I had a previous experience where it took a different insurance company 7 days to approve the work to be done. We were without water for 7 days before the corrective action was completed.HomeServe and their contactor representative took care of my reported waterline break quickly. Thank you HomeServe.

They are working to repair my front sewer line. Would be costly.

Nobody ever follows through, calls back, sees if the problem was fixed. I have to call multiple times to get help. This whole service can be helpful but doesn’t feel very reliable and everyone has a different answer.
