My initial contact with a customer service agent was excellent.Our service provider was very helpful trying to repair our cooling system, but he could not finalize a repair, and concluded we would get a call describing what could be done.I called HomeServe 2 days later asking what are the next steps to assist us. I spoke with a representative and said they would call the contractor and get a plan for me later that day. It is several days later now and we still have no contact from HomeServe or an attempt to repair our cooling system.This experience has been a disappointment, especially from a Dominion Energy contracted service.

Automatic Climate and Heating has an excellent technician. His name is Gerald. He certainly went above and beyond to get my air conditioning fan motor replaced. Unlike the company that installed my system two years ago, Gerald was able to locate a replacement motor, went to Mechanicsville to pick it up and installed in less than three hours. Thanks for the excellent customer service.
