This was my very first service call with HomeServe since being a client over the past several years. My experience was excellent and record time response to my needs.

On time professional and courteous

The individual came. looked at the job and told me that He needed some parts that he did not carry with him, therefore he will come back the next day. After 3 days I called but no answer. then I call HomeServe who told me that they will be in touch with the provider.After 7 hrs, I call HomeServe to tell them that I have not heard yet from the provider and I was informed that the provider has tried to call me. I was home for 4 days waiting and no one has contacted me.So I decided to hire some other firm to repair my main water pipe.The Job was never done by HomeServe and I feel very disappointed with the way I was treated.

Great customer service..was available to take my service order when all the other A/C Techs was not available. Knowledgeable and friendly.

Outstanding!!!! Thank you so much for your understanding and helping me resolve these simple issues recently presented to me. RCI Restorations has been great!! Drain Go has also been great!! I am so thankful for their expertise and of course their immediate response.Being the detailed and concerned homeowner it means so much to me that my homes are continuously and properly cared for.
