The two of us found the leak in my main water line without much trouble. You responded a week ago because I had a clogged sewer drain. Since then I've made four phone calls waiting for a plumber to "accept the contract", and not a single plumber has called me after four phone calls to you regarding my partially blocked sewer line. My only recourse seems to be after 6 days is to call your 800 number again and start a new work order. I have limited use of my sewer.
