The rep that took my call was not very professional at all. Gave me incorrect information on who are how I would be contacted for service. Which caused some unnecessary confusion. Once the correct contractor contacted me the service was very good.

While the plumbing contractor came same day which was amazing, they left us a broken toilet seat without telling us and now our toilet is releasing water under the base after flushing. I reported this to HomeServe, was told that I would be hearing from the contractor to come out and check the toilet but have heard nothing from the contractor. 100% not satisfied with this service!
