Your contractor was excellent. He quickly identified and repaired our ac; however, although you indicate that you are available 24/7, I was unable to get through to you Saturday evening when I called on 3 separate occasions to report the problem.

Tech was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He did thorough check of system and found that it is still doing all it can do and needs replacement to be more efficient.

My problem wasn’t fixed. I have interior and exterior plans and the plumber would not snake my outside drain that leads the water from the bathroom and kitchen., telling me that I am not covered. I waited for a week before someone finally came and my problems still remain. Not happy at all.

Once I made the call to HomeServe I got a call to set up the appointment. They didn’t have to do anything. The issue wasn’t a plumbing issue. They were very late. They didn’t give me any timing updates. I had to call them.
