Service coverage is poorly described, took way too long to schedule, had to call multiple time

The contractor was on time, respectful of my property, had a good attitude, explained what the problem was and seemingly resolved it.

It was the 4th of July...water main line to the house blew out...called about 10 plumbers and septic companies...NO one was available...wife reminded me we had coverage for the service...called HomeServe,,, HomeServe made a few calls and the problem was no more, Great job HomeServe - Thanks

My heat pump was out for 3.5 days and no one at that office seemed to care. It was as if they didn’t have to have their children in a hot house, so no worries. My AC went out Thursday and they got someone the next day so no big deal. That tech was inexperienced so I needed another tech. Called on Friday and it was a miscommunication. Your manger said she’d get someone that day or Saturday, I got no call back. Called Saturday and the guy said it’ll be Monday. I your customer had to call hart hvac to get my AC fixed on Sunday. They informed me that if homeserve put critical they could come that day. So I called your company back and got everything squared away. I just don’t understand why it wasn’t critical to begin with! I live in Texas during a heat wave. We lost so much more then $75 since we had to find other living arrangements. It was very disappointing and leaves us in a mindset of do we stay with homeserve.
