First guy came out said he was going to truck to call them came back and said he was waiting for approval and had to be rescheduled. I called the office and some young lady also lied and said they usually have to wait for approvals then it’s rescheduled. Ok, meanwhile this first company has taken off the stop leak tape and about to leave until I tell him he needs to out it back.While I’m on the phone with the service department the guy takes off didn’t say anything.I explain the the service person this guy just left and didn’t say anything , I stayed home for nothing. She then explains thus first company wasn’t capable of doing the job so they need to send someone else. “Why didn’t they just say that “??? This makes no sense. He Jeff a paper with what he called into the office , just say I can’t do this type of work. I would have been more agreeable to that explanation than he was waiting for approval because I know that is nonsense !Second guy comes next day. I’m not there but he called I told him go ahead my daughter is there. He goes there’ removes the tape again pushes the shark bite back down and called it fixed ?? I called him right away and told him he needed to go back and replace that as the work order stated. There is a crack in the copper pipe. He says he didn’t know and no one told him, I sent him a screen shot of the paper from the first guy and he went back and replaced it as he should have done in the first place! What a FIASCO!It did get fixed but took alot of back and forth and nonsense to get it done. I have never had an issue with this warranty Company until this experience. Typically they come , they do what they are supposed to do and leave. I have told everyone to get this service but maybe some things have changed??

your scheduling and your tech routing text is very much incorrect almost all the time. Please fix the problem. Thankyou

The young man was very nice. He cleaned everything up when he was done. Took care of everything. Could not asked for a better person to do this job.

The electric fro FYI was professional he found a shot in my kitchen switch changed the 3 others, my lights no longer flicker, my ceiling fans are working and there is no more buzzing couldn't be happier

After having sewer snaked 2 times then jetted then camera then snaked again...Waited over a month with raw sewage in home for repair. Contractor didn't replace the entire line like I was assured would be done I was also told stone would be put down under new drain pipe..wasn't done. . Restoration only will give me $1500.. I payed $ 2250. I had been paying for restoration on my policy. Very disappointed!
