my only issue was it was 36 hours before Hers and His plumbing could come. That's 36 hours with no plumbing.The plumber was good and efficient!

HomeServe could not find a licensed professional to assess the problem my water heater for approximately one week. Finally the did find someone but he business was located in Williston, ND, one hundred miles away. I spoke with them and explained the problem. They recommended replacing the water heater. However, the cost would have been $990.00 over my benefit limit with the insurance. I declined the offer and decided to handle the situation personally as it would be cheaper. I will say HomeServe did communicate regularly to update me on the search.

I had sewage coming into my basement and no one was sent immediately even thought I called multiple times. Because of the lack of urgency, my basement was in much worse shape the day later when someone finally was sent.

First of all whoever took my call at Homeserve requesting service took down my information wrong. I requested a plumber for a inside the house faucet leak under the sink. When the plumber arrived he said that he was told that the leak was outside. I became upset with the plumber ( wasn't his fault) and Homeserve for giving him the wrong description of my problem. Ok, when the plumber finished he didn't check his work and I had to call him back because trash got in the water line where he repaired the leak. The strainer on the faucet was stopped up. Had he turned the faucet on before he left, he would have notice this simple problem. BTW, this faucet wasn't stopped up before he started his repair job. So for all this I give you an overall rating of 2.
