Superb service and response time . Called after 5:30 pm on Friday and a crew came in an hour. The job was huge and they came back Saturday to do the majority of the work. They cleaned up and left it looking like nothing had been done!

Eric and Tyler from Total Plumbing were great!! I would highly recommend their company to anyone who needs plumbing services. My sewer drain was clogged, and I had called another plumbing company (nationally known) who supposedly cleared my drain. A few days after they left it was stopped up again. I decided to call my Homeserve Insurance Company and spoke with an empathetic service representative. (So sorry I didn't get her name). They contacted Total Plumbing who sent Tyler to fix my problem. That was 5 days ago, and I have had no backups. Great experience! Sylvia.

Service was very helpful and easy to use. The work was done much faster than anticipated and the plumbing service staff was very friendly and knowledgable. HomeServe staff was also very friendly and very help and explained thing in a manner that was easy to understand.

Called at 9:30 am on a Saturday about a sewage line blockage. You assigned Sasso Plumbing to come to our home -- they never even called. I made five calls to your service number during the day and kept being promised that Sasso would be in touch.It was not until 7:15 pm when you assigned Rooter Express to the job that I even got a phone call. They came first thing Sunday morning and fixed the problem within 30 minutes.You should terminate any agreement you have with Sasso immediately.Michael McCue 115598003
