HomeServe Rep helped me out immediately; was extremely courteous and pleasant. She did a fantastic job in picking out an amazing Plumbing Co., Maze & Sons for my Toilet Repair. Their dispatcher Sam, called me right away, and apologized they couldn’t get somone out for a week, as so busy. I was fine with that. Then 1/2 an hr later Sam called me back; said they had a cancellation & could come out the next day if that was convenient for me. Sam was great⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I did have an appointment that day at 1 & I told him. He said no problem. He had the Plumber, Tony Webb here at 7:45 am that morning! WOW! Tony Webb was fantastic, courteous, extremely knowledgeable. , and did a great job.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am a recent widow , and am so especially grateful & appreciative of how fast HomeServe handled my situation and how so amazing Maze & Sons Plumbing is⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I’ve already done a great review for them! I hope HomeServe keeps Maze & Sons on the top of their list of Plumbing Companies to use.They are the absolute best plumbing company HomeServe has ever sent out! And as always, I can always expect the best and kindest help & service from HomeServe, and I thank them so very much!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service guys as great, but your process ro connect us to the service providers is not good, you need to provide progress feedback. They fist service guy never got back to us so I had to call you back again so you could go down the list to find the next service guy.

HomeServe customer service rep was very friendly and helpful. She made our repairs a priority call and was able to get someone out here the same day. A temporary repair was made and the next day a permanent repair was approved and the issue was quickly repaired. Having HomeServe saved me from having to deal with the issue of finding and working with a reliable plumbing company. All we had to do was make a call. I definitely would recommend this service.
