I had a great experience and I’m very happy with the results. Johnny and his partner Deangelo were very professional, friendly and helpful. They came really fast from when I called my problem in. When I was contacted by a plumbing company. (Owen Plumbing Corpus Christi, as I remember) Said it would be a week before they came out. I understand everyone is busy and shorthanded. Told them not acceptable. Then several days later, another company Klempner Plumbing (I think) out of Houston came by to look, not to work. The rep / contractor was nice and understood. By then I had a company working on it. The sewer line had collapsed. We have vacated the house and they are in the process of rerouting. Would any company provided by HomeServe been this far along? Looking at the policy, I am not sure how much would be covered, if any. Says there is a $7,000 limit on the policy. Not even close to this project.
