Extremely pleased with Promo Plumbing, very professional, knowledgeable and responded quickly. They explained step by step what they were going to do to correct the problem. I was a bit disappointed with Home Serve, in that I wanted policies put in my name & somehow they didn’t do that. Fortunately I followed up again on Aug 29 & this time it was rectified. I asked for the policies to be sent to me. This was Sep 1 that they said papers were sent to me. Called again after 3 weeks and again told they were sent Sep 1. I received the policy paperwork on Oct 2.Promo Plumbing gets 5 starsHome Serve gets 3 stars for lack of communication. I think it started with the first person I spoke to at Home Serve
