There were approximately 3 inches of water on my basement floor...a finished basement with furniture. I called HomeServe to solve my problem. The plumber was very attentive, spent hours attempting to locate the source of this water but could not. He left several hours later with this water still standing in my family room, the storage room, closet, and bathroom. As a senior citizen I felt no relief.... no solution, no remedy, and no clean up. At the very least I assumed the water would have been vacuumed out. At the most, I assumed the problem would be solved and the water vacuumed out.

My water leak worsened over a weekend, and, although I tried multiple times to reach Homeserve, Aero Plumbing and the plumber, I was not able to get assistance until Sunday afternoon, by which time the water had increased and considerably more damage was done.
