HomeServe is one of the best investments I have ever made! I have been a customer for years and have basically everything they offer at a ridiculously low price each month. I’ve made two claims and both workers that came out to my home were great, and have saved thousands of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Everyone I meet that mentions anything pertaining to what they offer I recommend them becoming a HomeServe customer and will continue to do so. I am not a wealthy person at this moment in time and to have the peace of mind that they bring me is a true blessing!

The shower in my hall bath was not repaired because the plumber said that Home Serve would not pay what it would cost to actually correct the problem. He did jury rig a repair that partially works to allow use of the shower, but looks ugly and cheap.

I am very satisfied with Mayes & Sons Plumbing Co. Could not ask for better service, their fast response and taking care of my problem was excellent. Tim and Nick, were the two who solved my situation. They were excellent in regards to solving and being sure that the job was done right and that I was satisfied. I give Tim and Nick an excellent rating. I believe a company is only as the people they have working for them. Lillian Prijatel

This is an ongoing issue with my AC; happens intermittently but getting more frequently. Every morning someone is trying to close this case; every morning I ask them please don't. Then last night when I got home and it was 84 degrees in my house again, I called again (the 7th or 8th time this past week) and was told you couldn't find anyone to work on it. Find that hard to believe when it was assigned to 3 different companies all wanting to come out last week.I need someone who is knowledgeable enough and has been in the business log enough to know how to troubleshoot a problem that is intermittent like this. It's almost like the switch on the compressor isn't kicking in. However, when I flip the breaker and turn it back on - most of the time the condenser will start. But by then it takes 4 hours to cool down. And it has to work harder than ever. Thus, it is happening more and more frequently. The worst part of it is, when it happens, no one is around to come trouble shoot it then. Please help - seems like the main goal is to get these cases closed whether they are fixed or not. And I'm not paying $75 every single time I have to call. That's why this case needs to remain open until it is fixed.P.S. And....this started happening BEFORE this extreme weather hit.

I had to have some plumbing work done. I was told by first representitive that all would be covered. Since I was supplying the parts (3 new fixtures), plus a repair. Well, the prices the plumbers charge are crazy high. About 300 dollars just to install one fixture. Even after my deductable I still owe the plumbers over $370. I know over head is high and prices are high, but this is unreal.

I talked with them at least 4 times over a week period about my hvac unit making a funny noisy. It ended up going out before any one called to come fix it. I waited on a call from the contractor for 2 days after it went out still no one called. I had paid my $50 upon the first call. When I called you back I had already gotten it fixed myself and I am suppose to get my $50 back.
