HomeServe did fine, as usual. The plumbers you sent out ( 2 of them ) far less. They were over an hour late andone of them was out of it ( drunk or drugs ), the other one, a trainie ) did all the work with the other hanging aroundand talking. They did clear the clog though. Don't want Downey plumbing to be sent out again.

the service from Reliance Plumbing was wonderful I was very pleased. However the service I received is not covered by my Home Serve Policy I have to pay $222.00 out of my own pocket, so I am cancelling all of my Home Serve Policy I could have gotten this work done on my own .

The service I received was excellent. The only "snag" was due to having to reschedule different aspects of the service on different days. Since this was not a dire emergency it was a minor inconvenience but not a huge problem overall.

Experience was good. I said only 4 stars because they wouldn't let anyone come to fix the pressure and replacing the waterheater. Also new one was not exact match causing some damage to be done to my home.
