My clogged pipes are fixed. The only thing I didn't like was when he opened and drained the clogged pipe in the basement, a lot of the slug ran onto the floor, he was walking in it. He should've had some kind of boot coverings to walk through the house and onto carpet when he went to his truck to get the shop vac. He did shop vac up most of the mess.

This was First time I used Home Serve ... I Needed to be patient about company setting up appointment to make repair on broken pipe. I will have it tested by running irrigation system.Sun City has rules that require Estimate time separate from repair time. Otherwise, I get a penalty. Home Serve technician seemed knowledgeable, but had no identification papers or name tag. I think repair went OK.

The men came in a timely manner - Were courteous and knowledgeable. They referred me to the township who did come and take care of the problem.
