I had a dishwasher and garbage disposal break down at the same time. Homeserve answered the phone and dispatched a provider in less than 30 minutes. Impressive after dealing with American Home shield. The issue i have is with the providers. They tended to be loess than motivated. The Techs arrived late and i was left without the use of my appliances for over a week. As i sit here i am waiting for the disposal to be installed. The dishwasher was unable to be fixed and was promised a buyout promptly. The check has not arrived. i am becoming a loyal customer.
