Having problem with sand getting into my discharge drain line. The service tech snaked the line and made a recommendation on how to keep the sand out. I've since complied with his recommendation and I believe the problem will go away. The representative was on time and knowledgeable.

It was about 4pm by the time my wife & I called for service. Our AC quit during a serious heat wave. We had quite an uncomfortable night but by 10am the next morning a very professional HVAC specialist was at our door & promptly fixed our problem. It was the capacitor. The parts & service were all covered by our policy. Our total cost was only $25! This was such a great experience that I had to take the time to give this feedback.

Corey with Drain & Plumbing Service provided excellent service. He listened as my husband explain the issue we were having with our toilets. He did his inspection and was very thorough and professional. He took his time and then was able to diagnose the true issue. He explained what would be done to fix it and said he would take ownership and make sure it gets fixed and done right. We very much appreciated that commitment. It’s very rare these days to still get that type of service and for someone to really care about getting the job done right. The service Corey provided was a 100% improvement from the first plumber with a different company who was sent out. I definitely recommend Drain & Plumbing Service, especially Corey.

I’m still having problems with flushing my toilet the guy that came out didn’t fix or replace any I was told my tank was full and needed to be pumped out I paid someone to pump it and I’m still having problems
