The first time I called I didn't get a response from contractor as to when they could come. That was no problem because things happen. I called back after two days and promptly got information as to who my contractor was their name and rime they would arrive. It was like clockwork. The contractor was punctual friendly and courteous. The contactor fixed the problem, and I greatly appreciated his personality . Great Job!

Once access to the sewer line was provided, technician was in and out within a half hour.Video camera was run to locate blockage. Then a power "snake" was used to eliminate the small roots that were blocking the system. Camera was returned to line to verify that the blockage was eliminated.We now have a clean sewer line & can utilize all the facilities again.
