Homeserve did everything right. It should be noted that your (first) contractor was refused service and then (mistakenly?) claimed that they tried to contact me but that I did not answer their phone call. My phone noted that no such call was made to my number. Your second contractor did a great job. I was told by another source that the problem may be related to the Kirkland (Costco) toilet paper that I used. Please look into this and advise - I do not want to call you if it is not needed.Thanks for everything-Bill Renick
