The technician couldn’t help me because he said I need a new tub. When I asked if he knows someone else I could call he couldn’t provide that information. He did say they don’t do that kind of work which confuses me since I thought they were plumbers. Now I’m researching other establishments that can help me with tub removal and replacement:

I made the call around 3:20AM and was surprised to hear a live human on the other end. He was very professional and responsive to my issues. He got right on it. Li's Heating is the best. They diagnose and educate you about the issues at the same time. They were timely and efficient. I recommend both Homeserve and Li's Heating to my family and friends.
