I guess we have been lucky as this was the first time in many years that we needed to call for help. Issue started on Saturday had someone over to triage and bandaid the issue until it could be corrected with some followup work on Monday. Thank you for your help and getting the issue rectified in a short amount of time and ease of effort.

It been approximately one week and I have not seen any leaks therefore, I believe the problem has been resolved. The gentleman was professional and tested every area. I am extremely glad that the problem has been resolved
