On a 95* degree hot muggy humid day coming home to a thermostat reading 84 degrees with two children under 8 made me frantic wondering what went wrong. Thankfully, HOMESERVE representative Julie made it go away by dispatching MIKE’S MAINTENANCE MECHANICAL SERVICE whom came through THAT NIGHT resolving the issue and we’ve been comfortable ever since!!Thank you, HOMESERVE

The service was very good and the Tech polite and had plenty of curtasy and he knew his stuff. My reason for the 3 stars was the redickulas wait. FIVE DAYS for the company to come out and fix a bad leak.The tech said they were short handed and over booked.They NEED to have multiple company's on this program. 5 DAYS is insain to wait for an emergency.
