called the emergency number listed on the HVAC policy; explained the problem and was told i would be contacted asap that day to sched a priority appmnt. HVAC vendor called b/4 noon and we sched for a.m. next day. was advised by vendor that if there was a chance to get to us this day instead of next day, they would call to make sure someone was home. vendor worked us in for same day afternoon and fixed the problem in less the 1/2 hr. my wife was home and said that the tech was courteous, professional and pleasant to deal with and explained the problem and the fix.couldnt ask for better!

Home serve was great. Had to way a few days before plumber could come. They cleaned the drain but it still gurgles.Had a faulty toilet (flapper was worn out). I did have them fix it but it cost $125

I had to call 2 times in order to get service. Not necessarily a good first impression in using this service. However, the 2nd time, someone called and let me know that they would be here on Saturday morning. The technician was prompt and knew what he was doing. His part was excellent!

Only have three stars because I was told the a/c repairman would be out that night or the next day at the latest. I didn’t get service until two days later after placing two more calls. The service was excellent once he showed up. And I understand it’s summer…delays… but tell me that when I call. Don’t promise something you can’t deliver.
