We discovered a leak under our kitchen sink, which was sening water into our basement. The Homeserve representatives were extremely helpful in scheduling a plumber to fix the issue. Unfortunately our plumber was unresponsive, but again the Homeserve representatives were helpful to find us another plumber, who came out the next day, and did a great job fixing the problem!

The electrical contracting company was able to come out the same day as we were concerned about the possibility of wires burning. They were unable to find a clear problem, but checked all outlets in the room and tightened up some loose wires to each one.

Outstanding service and promptness in repairing my air conditioner. Within 30 minutes I had reportedthe problem to Home Serve and the responding company had called me back and scheduled same day service.The company said they would be at my home between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m.. they arrived at 4:30 p.m.I would highly recommend Home Serve and they use wonderful reliable companies to do the work.Thanks Home Serve!
