I contacted Homeserve for my drain problem. I received a call back within 1/2 half an hour, and someone came out in two days to unclog my drain. I was very satisfied with the company they sent out. The Plummer was very pleasant, and considerate to my problem. He fixed the problem and was on his way.

had a couple of water valves under my sink with the hot water one actively leaking slowly, but both equally corroded and the plumber that was sent highly recommended that both be replaced, but was instructed to only fix the actively leaking valve( I feel that the other valve that was corroded equally as bad as the other had been leaking, but not at this time). when trying to turn off the water to my home it was discovered that the main shut off valve was inoperable and was also replaced. I was very disappointed that the badly corroded valve under the sink to the cold water would have to be watched for inevitable leaking before being authorized for repair even with a licensed plumber advising it be done. The plumber was top notch, the dispatcher for my warranty, not so much. (I have had this policy for years and have never tried to use it.)

The service was completed timely and the technician was first class.

Fast excellent service. My heat pump quit working and I called HomeServe. They sent over a service technician who diagnosed the problem - motor quit working. He got a replacement, installed it, and fixed the problem all on the same day.
