For as much money I’ve paid over the last 18 years and you can’t even replace a drain pipe cover is absurd! The contractor tells me it was an install issue that’s ridiculous any man that knows a little bit about home repairs knows what this was! You people disgust me with your excuses and reasons not to pay for something!

I have had a very disappointing experience with this company. They only provide customers with two tickets per year, which is extremely limited. Even when a customer books a ticket for a service and no one shows up or the service is not provided, they still mark the ticket as “used.”This policy is unfair and unacceptable. Customers should not lose their limited tickets when the company fails to provide the requested service. I strongly recommend reviewing this policy and improving the way customer complaints and unused service tickets are handled.

I cancelled my all 5 plans with Home Serve due to the fact there was always a problem with getting help or coverage. First, I had to pay almost $3,000 to have water heater replaced. The plumber they sent wanted $1,000 b4 he would start work. I called another plumber and HS denied coverage because he was not their plumber. Also, I had another issue with drainage. Their plumber dug a large hole in my 'front' yard to find out that HS does not cover pipe repair/replacement!! So they covered the large hole and left!! I could go on!! Don't waste your money!!

Toilet still stopped. Tech reported he found one condom but continued to snake and then ran into what he called ran into metal. I've been paying for inside and outside plumbing. The last three numbers have put a bandaid but my toilet is still stopped up! One condom the technicality?!!?
