The plumber was right on time. He took a look at the issue main water line, started digging to expose the pipe. Got right in there an repaired it. Was very courteous. It was after hours for him as he came from a previous job in Tracy, and supposedly to be his day off. I was so grateful for him and this insurance. I told him that thank God they sent me the right person to get the job done. He came from Stockton which is quite a ways from Patterson.So grateful, GiGi.

Don (a plumber with 25 yrs experience), was professional and worked until our drain was cleared despite having to snake it more than once and exchange his equipment for a longer snake. The sink trap had to be disassembled and reassembled twice while checking to make sure the water was flowing freely. He also cleaned up afterwards and was pleasant, thorough, and efficient. We have no complaints with his work and would be glad to have his help in the future.
