This service is so worth having. They made it seamless and easy from start to finish. I called late on a Friday evening. The customer service person was extremely efficient and had dispatched a contractor within minutes and I had a confirmed appointment for Saturday at 8am. The contractor arrived on time and installed a new hot water tank in an hour and a half. No hassles, no worries, no mess. All taken care of wonderfully. Exceeded all expectations! Thank you

It was really nice to get it fixed. The gentleman that did it actually got it fixed and made it safer. He had to run to his company warehouse to get a part so he handed me the light fixture and said if you would like it to be clean before I put it back up you should do that now and I definitely did. He joked around with me when he got back and told me I was hired and it was just an all around pleasant experience. The contractor was great and homeserve was just excellent about everything as well. Thank you for sending a gem of a local business out to my house to get something fixed and get it fixed right the first time

I called Home Serve at 8:10 a.m. By noon that day there were 2 guys here from 45 minutes away. My water leak was somewhere in my 500+ feet of waterline. The guys went right to work and found it! The leak was fixed and the workers were gone by 1:30. I was totally impressed and appreciative!
