Called for service late in the day(6:30pm)on a Friday. Thought we would have to go without air conditioning through a very hot weekend. Was surprised when I received a response within 30 minutes and was told a service man was on his way. Had us up and running in a little over an hour. Outstanding attention to customer needs.
