The process was easy to navigate. My call was answered promptly and seems as if in minutes she had a repair scheduled for the next day. The plumber arrived at my home when scheduled, fixed the problem and was friendly and professional. I'm excited to be covered by HomeServe!

I got a quick appointment for the next afternoon (Thursday). They worked with me because I had morning doctor appointments for the next two days. The guy showed up on time, but he said he was inexperienced and someone else would have to do the job. I called United Plumbing and they set up another appointment for the next afternoon (Friday). The more experienced guy was on time and completed the job very quickly. Other than the first guy that came to do the job, everything else went very well.
