It was very difficult getting assistance from Home Serve to assign a company to resolve my sewer line backup whereas I had to continuously call to follow up. Finally I received a call from the owner of J and S and he met me at my residence in less than a hour. He corrected my problem in a timely and efficient manner as I would highly recommend his service to family and friends. I am giving the 5 stars to J and S not Home Serve.

I have a leak in my bathroom tub. It will be fixed when the part comes for it. The water that I had was minor . the plummer was very helpful
