Really really disappointed in HomeServe if report from plumber is true. He said no need to scope for roots cause that is not covered in my contract, that HomeServe only covers normal wear and tear....not wipes or roots that might clog.

Someone was scheduled to come to my house this past Friday they never showed nor called and when I called Homeserve they claimed they didn’t have an appointment set up for me so I’m very disappointed in that I took off work For that particular appointment on Friday not a happy camper
