Rude, unwilling to help. Partial information. I had to call five times and no one cared. I am actively looking for new providers- homeserve, as far as I’m concerned, are as bad as scammers.

Extremely pleased with Promo Plumbing, very professional, knowledgeable and responded quickly. They explained step by step what they were going to do to correct the problem. I was a bit disappointed with Home Serve, in that I wanted policies put in my name & somehow they didn’t do that. Fortunately I followed up again on Aug 29 & this time it was rectified. I asked for the policies to be sent to me. This was Sep 1 that they said papers were sent to me. Called again after 3 weeks and again told they were sent Sep 1. I received the policy paperwork on Oct 2.Promo Plumbing gets 5 starsHome Serve gets 3 stars for lack of communication. I think it started with the first person I spoke to at Home Serve
