The rep in the Repair Management Department was very courteous and eager to get the invoice request sent out to me by email. Another rep had promised it two weeks ago, but it never did arrive in my email. Nor did it populate when I typed in the search engine for RM Invoice Request... However, I do hope after speaking to the rep today, I should be getting the invoice so I can forward it on to my home insurance company.

HomeServe responded quickly to my call and I was scheduled the next day. It took two days for it was straight. If it was the only bathroom I had, what would I have done? The men were pleasant.
