Called after 9pm when I noticed my drain was backing up, and spoke to a live agent who got me set up right away. Stott plumbing called me first thing the next morning and scheduled my appt for that day and kept me in the loop with timing. The drain was cleared by 1pm. Very happy with the speed, quality and attention to service. I recommend Homeserve to all my friends.
