The person who took my call was very courteous and sympathetic to our call. Informed me that I would be contacted within 24 but probably the same day. I was actually contacted by your service provider a little over 1 hour after my I initial call to HomeServe! Now that is excellent service!!!

I was having trouble with my air conditioning, I called Homeserve and the agent on the other end of the phone was extremely Extremely courteous and sensitive to the issue I was having. He told me that someone from the repair company will call shortly which they did in a matter of a half an hour and he was out to my house about an hour later. So I am very happy with my Homeserve experience and the service technicians prompt response in addressing my problem.

home serve agent was able to ensure that my indoor pipe was covered under my policy. She explained the progress very well, and I was able to connect with a plumber the same day. The leaking pipe was fixed within 2 hours of my call with home serve being placed.

We were able to get a plumber out the same day and he fixed our problem and did a wonderful job. We are so appreciative since we really needed hot water.
