My experience with HomeServe has been extremely awesome. I've been a customer for 3-4 years now and have never needed to call for assistance. As a retired Navy Veteran, I always expect quality service and professionalism. The HomeServe representatives I spoke with on the phone were sharp, quick to think of alternative sources and ensured I was satisfied with the service I received. This "Can Do" spirit was greatly appreciated. The contractor assigned by HomeServe was outstanding as well. I simply love service that goes smooth and seemless. My sewer had a blockage, toilets wouldn’t flush. I contacted Home Serve, they were right on it!Quickly contacted the contractor , they called me, by noon, the blockage was cleared!
