Jackie (I believe that's her name) is an accomplished salesperson! She was very knowledgeable about the insurance products we needed to cover the yucky plumbing blockage which was happening as we spoke! We added them to our policy with premiums conveniently added to our water bill. With the house so old, we should be covered for whatever happens next, hopefully not too soon.. .And I hope R.B. Travis will stay on your 'rolls' as they're familiar with our property & have done great jobs for us in the past. Thank you.K. Yumoto

We had to call 4 times before someone finally came out. Service was not covered under contract.

The representative on the Home Serve repair hotline was courteous and efficient. The contractor sent by Home Serve contacted us immediately to make an appointment for the repair. He was on time for the appointment. The repair was made in a professional manner. I am very satisfied with Home Serve service.

They sent out plumbers the same day I called. Normally you'd be put on a wait list. Knowing that your home is covered gives peace of mind.

Customer Service are very helpful and attentive in trying to assist my call and my concern. She was able to find and direct me to the appropriate contractor (Plumber) based on my circumstance on the same day. She was very efficient from the beginning to the end.The contractor (Plumber) came the next day as scheduled and they arrived promptly on time. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Problem was determined and resolved on the same day.
