From my contact with Home Serve by phone to the follow-up texts, to the phone call from the assigned plumbing service, to the response time and work performed by the plumbing service -- all were top notch. I'm only giving a 3 (should be less) because the people on the phone are very helpful and understanding and do their best to get you what you need, my experiences with the people they send out though have been very disappointing and my problem has not been fixed, it's a real bummer.
