The service was good and I appreciated the fact that we were not made to wait too long for the appointment after the original appointment, on the day before, was cancelled by the company. On that day, we had been given a window between 12 and 4pm, only to be called at 3:15pm and be told they wouldn't be coming, after we had adjusted our schedules to be available.The following day they showed up at a reasonable hour and did the job. They were friendly and professional. We are satisfied with the results thus far.

Quick and speedy service

I used Home Serve last week because of a gas leak under my down draft gas stove top. They sent a crew out the following day after I called them. The crew was very professional and finished the job the same day.

The technician came in a did the work. He did not complain about how the pipe was installed. The technician removed the pot and pans and put them back in place. after completing the work. He also wiped the water up from under the sink.
