I called HomeServe and they responded right away. A technician was able to go out to my house, diagnose the problem, and perform the repairs all in one afternoon. I was so surprised and very pleased. Excellent! Tech has been here twice, to diagnose & order part, then installed part but it didn't fix problem. Robert was very nice & thorough. He will be back next week with his supervisor to see if they can solve the problem.

We were very happy with the service. As fate would have it, it was the morning of my daughters wedding here at the house and we were hit with a sewer blockage. Your service and Moe the plumber were quick to respond and cleared the problem early, allowing us to have a beautiful wedding here with 50+ guests. Moe saved the day!

The contractors did not fill the grass area next to the the curb with grass. It’s all muddy.
